Buttons

Buttons are used to attract attention and to trigger action. The labelling should always be striking and express what action is to be performed as soon as the button is pressed.

Types

The Call-to-Action button should generate maximum attention and should only be displayed once per view port if possible.

The Primary Button should generate maximum attention and should only be displayed once per view port if possible.

The Secondary Button can be used for subtasks on a page without competing too much with the content.

The Ghost Button should be chosen for the least pronounced actions so as not to distract too much from the actual content.
